Claude API Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this Claude API companion site. The site is designed to help you access Claude model capabilities through the EvoLink platform, but it does not replace EvoLink's own terms or policies.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this site to browse documentation links, review example workflows, and navigate to EvoLink model pages. You must not use the site or any provided examples to violate applicable law, generate abusive or illegal content, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or other technical protections.

2. Accounts, Keys and Access

If you use an EvoLink API key or account in connection with this site, you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and for all activity performed with them. Your relationship for billing, quotas, and model access is directly with EvoLink under their terms; this site does not sell credits or change your account settings.

3. Content and Demos

The embedded demo runs on Qwen and is provided for workflow preview only. You are responsible for reviewing any generated outputs before using them in production, marketing, or downstream products, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable intellectual property, privacy, and content regulations.

4. Changes, Availability and Liability

We may update the site, supported models, or these Terms at any time to reflect changes in EvoLink or the Claude API. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any outputs generated via linked APIs.
